What's for dinner?

October 12, 2011 - Kristy MacKaben
I'm breaking out the cooler weather recipes. Here is one for a Glazed Ham Ring.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground ham, 1 1/2 pounds ground pork, two beaten eggs, 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs, 1/2 cup chopped onion Directions: Thoroughly combine ingredients. Press into lightly oiled ring mold. Invert onto shallow baking pan; remove mold. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Glaze: Blend 1/2 cup brown sugar and one tablespoon Grey Poupon mustard. Stir in two tablespoons vinegar and one tablespoon water. The last 30 minutes of baking time, spoon glaze over ham ring. Baste three or four times. Fill in the center with peas and potatoes in a white sauce.
